- Answer Should work fine. 13 to 16" is the standard, although at the lower range, (13 or 14) microwave vent may occasionally turn on by itself if it feels heat underneath becoming excessively high.

Model # JVM3160RFSS (16 1/2"H x 29 7/8"W x 15 1/4"D) will fit in the same space as your current Model # JVM1330WW002 (16 1/2"H x 29 7/8"W x 14"D (excluding handle). - Answer Hello JH - Thank you for reaching out about this amazing microwave. Our over the range models are a universal 30" in width to make replacement a breeze. It requires 15 amps and the difference in wattage means your food may cook quicker than you are used to. We did not receive any pictures, however, this model does not come with a front grill. Over- the- range models must be installed 66" from the floor to the bottom of the cabinet that the microwave attaches to. This can also be measured as 30" from the cooktop to the bottom of the cabinet it attaches to. Model JVM1540LM2CS is no longer being manufactured. We suggest GE® 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Oven Model #: JVM3160RFSS- Stainless/Black (Dimensions: 16 1/2H x 29 7/8W x 15 1/4D). Actually, all 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. However, when replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model.
