- Answer The instructions are in the manual. Basically you unscrew the fan housing and slide it out, flip it over, slide it back in and put on a plate.

QuestionI just bought this - the door latch appears flimsy, and the entire door shifts up and down. It was a replacement of an earlier GE model that was sturdy. It says "stainless steel" but is the door mostly plastic? Model: GE JVM6175SKSS OTC microwave.

- Answer Yes. The door is plastic even the front panel which I thought was glass. The outer part is stainless but not smudge proof. Feel like metal, but could be plastic covered in stainless material.

- Answer Don’t know had a kenmore in and the best guy checked the dimensions on line for me ahead of time and it fit perfectly. Took less than a half hour to install and the guys were awesome!

QuestionTrying to find a replacement microwave for GE HVM1750SM1S. Don't want to replace brackets and have to drill new holes in the cabinet. We bought a GE JVM6172SKSS,.but the securing bolts are much closer to the front of the cabinet, (about 2 inches).
