Almost all over the range microwave have similar dimensions. The difference s are often in the wall mounting bracket’s. You will likely have to remount the new dedicated bracket that comes with your new unit as the old may not fit.

We first wanted to let you know that all 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. We just suggest using the mounting bracket of your new microwave as these are model specific. With that said, we believe the following models would make great replacements: JVM6175YKFS, PVM9215SKSS, and JVM7195SKSS. We're hoping this helps and we're wishing you the best.
