• A:Answer We were pleasantly surprised that the back of the washing machine is indented, allowing for more space than you would think. We were very constrained to a small space. The lines come off the back, but are actually on top of the back of the washer. Our water lines are on the right side of the washer and the hoses connected without a problem. I don't know the positioning of your dryer vent and water lines. but this fit well in an area where we had very limited space. stop by the store and take a look at the back of the machine and you will get a better sense. Not seeing your closet, there are no guarantees, but If any unit will fit, this is the one.

• A:Answer We paid a little extra (I think maybe $20 or so) to have them take the old ones away. We did not pay for installation as it was included in the price but we did have to pay extra for a few of the items they needed to install it. I believe it was less than $100 for the extra items but that may vary depending on the unit you choose I would imagine.

• A:Answer You can wash a set of thin micro fiber sheets OR three towels OR maybe two and a half pair of jeans in one load. Mine is in the kitchen and I can't hear the TV in the next room. So yes, it's very loud. I've had to have them come back 3 times because it wasn't properly installed. I'm not happy at all and I'm returning mine.

• A:Answer Hi vaye - We truly appreciate you choosing this unitized washer and dryer for your home and are happy to tell you more about the washer cycle times! These are approximate run times and do not include the time it takes to fill or drain. The Whites/Colors/Bulky cycles will take 19-34 minutes, Casuals cycle will take 13-22 minutes, and Delicates/Speed Wash cycles will take 11-14 minutes. With any of these first cycles listed, using the fabric softener option will add 3.5 minutes to the cycle. Lastly, Drain & Spin will take 8 minutes and PreSoak will add 3 minutes of agitation then 12 minutes of soaking followed by the selected wash cycle.
