A:AnswerHi Cal - Yes, the refrigerator is equipped with a factory-installed icemaker and internal water dispenser. It also has water filtration for great tasting water and ice. Thanks for choosing GE! Sue
A:AnswerI agree with Edward.
The neverclean is a marketing ploy to the lazy from GE, it is also an excuse to engineer a fridge even tighter than before. The condensor coils likely can't be cleaned directly, they are housed in a wire cage if you will, and the cage collects the dust before it gets to the condensor, so will the condensor may not have dust on it itself, the air will get restricted through the wire cage dust build up.
Pull the fridge out and remove the cover on the lower back of the fridge. There will be a round wire cage looking thing with dust all over it. I would unplug the fridge. Use a vacuum with a brush attachment, make an old toothbrush, or coil brush, whatever you have to loosen the dust and suck it away with the vac. If you have a coil brush you might can bend it so it reaches the back side of the round cage. If not, maybe run your hand across the back while providing air movement with the vac so the dust gets sucked away.
Great job on wanting to maintain you equipment. Shame on GE for such a hard design to clean and maintain for those of us who don't stare at our phones and TV's all week.
A:AnswerHi - We hope you're enjoying your new GE French-door refrigerator! Yes, when moving the refrigerator, we advise to raise the leveling legs located at the bottom front of the refrigerator. Pull the refrigerator straight out and return it to position by pushing it straight in. Moving the refrigerator in a side direction may result in damage to the floor covering or refrigerator. Once in place, lower the leveling legs until they touch the floor. A:AnswerI don't think so - my opening is 70 inches high and my measurements who the fridge to be 68 inches tall. you have to add one inch on top for clearance so I believe you will be short by around one inch. I had my carpenter adjust my space to make it taller because I have wood cabinets above the fridge. He was able to add several inches for me with minimal work and cost.

A:AnswerIf the doors are opened frequently, left open, or even left slightly ajar, it would not be unusual to see a frost build-up on the shelves, packages, or walls in the freezer section of your refrigerator. There are a few things we recommend trying that may improve this. Firstly, you can try removing any visible frost build-up with a dry towel. Make sure the doors are closed properly. Check the door gasket for any cuts, tears or rips. If present, it needs to be replaced.
It also helps to make sure the appliance and it's doors are level. Please see page 39 of the manual for this model by visiting the product page, clicking on the “Features” tab and navigating to the “Manuals & Guides” section on the Best Buy website for this model.
If frost continues to form after evaluating the tips provided above, please reach out to our Bodewell service team at 1-833-426-3393 to schedule an appointment.
A:AnswerWe do not rate the sound level of our refrigerators. However, this model is quiet during operation as long as it is installed and balanced properly.
A:AnswerMany of our parts, including the compressor, are designed by our engineers in the United States. Many of those parts are manufactured in the U.S. while other parts are made globally to our specifications. Most of the parts that are available to purchase are the same parts that are used in the appliances during the manufacturing process.
A:AnswerMy fridge stopped working less than a year after I bought it. It was still covered. I stopped working again a couple months after the 2 year mark and my total tech warranty from Best Buy no longer covers it. DO NOT BUY THIS!
