• Hi - Yes, the cutout height requirement is 33 1/2" minimum underside of countertop to floor. Height of dishwasher with legs retracted (Minimum Height) is 33 3/8". • Yes. I have the same size opening and it fit nicely in it

• My cut out is about 34 1/2 ", I think if yours is exactly 34, it is cutting it pretty close.

• Yes. There are about 2" of available adjustment on the bottom of the dishwasher to fit a minimum height of 34".
