“I have a GE french door refrigerator with an internal water dispenser and have never found the dispenser convenient. Is there something wrong with my dispenser? The spout very small and is hard to put anything under and the water comes out in a trickle.”

We added about 6 inches of a plastic straw that we had in an old water bottle. It fits right on the end of the dispenser and stays without any problem.
