Q: QuestionHow soon does this refrigerator produce ice after installation?

• A:Answer Hello MMO - Congratulations on the new refrigerator! We would love to answer any questions you might have. With a new installation, the icemaker will not start immediately after being plugged in, since the icemaker must reach a temperature of approximately 15 degrees F. before a cycle is initiated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the icemaker to begin cycling. Let us know if we can help with anything else. - John@GEA

• A:Answer We'd recommend checking if your refrigerator is completely level to the ground. If the unit is not leveled properly it can prevent the doors from closing on their own. You can level by turning the leveling legs clockwise to raise the refrigerator, and counterclockwise to lower it. If additional assistance is required, we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team. You can do so by calling 1-833-426-3393.
