A:Answer Hi Funface - Thanks for your interest! While a few drops would not be unusual, to stop dispensing, release pressure from cradle, withdrawing slowly to catch last bits of water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. It does have a drip tray. To keep dispensed ice from missing the glass, its best to put the glass close to, but not touching, the dispenser opening. If difficult to open, the drawer in the display model may need to be removed and reinstalled properly. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com - We are always eager to offer assistance! Sue
