Yes, it can. There is a bake button or convection button on the top oven to choose from. the bottom oven is the regular oven.

The lower oven has Bake (Traditional), Broil Hi/Lo, Warm and Proof modes. Also, both ovens feature Self-clean with Steam Clean option so you can choose how you want to clean your ovens. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The oven gives you the option of "convection bake" or "bake" in the top oven. The bottom oven does not have the convection option. It's a really nice unit that I've been very happy with.
