“Is there a fan in the back and does it run most of the time? Does it circulate air within this non-convection oven like some ovens have a speed bake? The only ovens with fans or a fan sound I've seen were for a convection or speed bake feature.”

Hello Hindsight2020 - Thank you for reaching out about this amazing oven. An oven with a fan on the back wall is a convection oven. Model JKS3000SNSS does not offer convection, meaning there is no fan on the back wall to help circulate the hot air. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - JB
