• Hello and thank you for asking. You will need to modify your present cutout opening of H 41 1/4" x W 24 3/4" x D 24" to the new model needs of Cutout Dimensions (h x w x d) (in.) 41 1/8 x 25 x 23-1/2. Hope this helps you make your decision. Geoff@GEA
