The short answer for us was NO. We had to have the 220v junction box moved closer in the cutout, because the old oven from 1986 had a longer line and the box was below the kitchen floor (in the basement ceiling). So $200 for the electrician to make the new junction box was an unexpected additional expense. Also, the cabinet was about a quarter inch too tight, so we had to widen it on both sides , and trim the counter edge so that the overhang on the oven wouldn't hit it. So $75 more for the carpenter. Be safe and measure carefully!
