• Hi there, thanks for your question. Yes, this model has the ability to use Bake and Broil. To use either of these features, you would press that pad on the control panel, use the + and - pads to set your temperature, and then press start to begin heating. - Page 12 of your Use and Care Manual also provides more information about the cooking modes.
