It is taped in place on the bottom right side when facing and you have to take it out before using… other than that I have not had any problems with being “off balance” when spinning…
A:AnswerYou are not alone my friend! My GE washer also leaked and caused major damage to my house (it was on the second floor). what you need to do is to through out the GE junk and buy a different brand. GE cannot make washers, if their lives depended on it. Mine lasted 6 months!
