A:AnswerThe washer in this unit does have a bleach dispenser. Since this unit has an impeller, and not an agitator, it does not have a fabric softener dispenser.
A:AnswerDepending on the type of king-size sheets you have (regular, California, or deep pocket king) you may need to split the load to get the best wash performance.

A:AnswerHello,
We're awfully sorry to hear that your washer is not advancing on its own and know how much of a pain that is. This is not normal operation and we would recommend having a technician come to diagnose the problem. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737. Let us know if you need anything. A:AnswerI have the model GUD27EE, with an infusor (NO agitator.) Different technology. I am still learning things about it. Installed April 15, 2022.
I had to stop using my All Free liquid detergent. Too messy as you cannot run any water first. You have to load the clothes around the inside of the circular, floating drum. Then you put your detergent in the center of the circle, so to speak. Then you close the lid. Then you set the cycle you want and press start.
Then water is sprayed on your laundry. Then it is quiet. After a bit, it is sprayed again. Then you finally go in another room to wash the liquid detergent off of your hands. In my case, it was difficult to use my walker. I was so used to rinsing out the detergent lid under the water stream in my traditional washing machine before finally closing the lid. You CANNOT do that with this machine.
No water runs while the lid is up. There are no indications on the outside of the machine on what part of the washing / rinsing process it is. it really is a different approach to washing the clothes.
I finally gave away my large, new bottle of unused All brand free & clear liquid detergent and bought the same brand of pods ("pacs".) This was the only way I could actually load the laundry in the washing machine and start the load, without getting myself and the floor/small table all sticky.
By the time I finally got my hands washed off, in the kitchen, a couple of rooms away, I finally heard a boom! It is just the way the infusor works.
Somehow, I think the bottom of the drum is separate from the sides of the drum and quickly compresses the load to get a weight and space ratio so it can figure out how much water to use.
I don't understand the technology. I finally decided it just works. The clear All brand Free & Clear pacs pop or dissolve or something and work to clean my clothes.
I'm disabled and really needed washing facilities in my main level of the house as going downstairs really was not working. Again, I am still trying to learn the ins & outs of how the washer settings & the dryer settings work for me & my daughter's laundry needs.
