• A:Answer We would need to know the measurements of the existing unit to determine if it would fit in the space. The dimensions of this model are: 28 5/8" H x 29 3/4" W x 26 3/4" D. To determine if your space meets the installation requirements, please review pages 2-4 of the Installation Instructions. We do recommend you have the electrical wiring and hookup of your appliance connected by a qualified electrician. After installation, have the electrician show you how to disconnect power from the appliance. To better answer your delivery questions, please contact the Best Buy customer service team or your local store.

• A:Answer We would recommend using the trim that comes with your new wall oven, as the design may have changed over time and trim can be model specific. We would not be able to guarantee old trim would be compatible or reliable with a different model.

• A:Answer Thank you for taking the time to contact us. There is a slight difference in the measurments. The JTP15WDW1WW-28 1/4 H x 29 3/4 W x 23 1/2 D and the JTS3000SNSS-28 5/8 H x 29 3/4 W x 26 3/4 D. We found that there is not a wall oven with the exact dimensions of your current wall oven.

Q: QuestionOur oven recently stopped working and the electrician said the current voltage running to the oven is 30 amps, so I'm wondering if this oven works with 30 amps or if we need to do some rewiring for higher voltage?
