“Gtw460asjfww. Purchased 9-17. Of course I didn’t buy the extended warranty. Washer won’t drain or spin. Could a sock have been pulled into the pump? Is it a pain to get into?”

Hi Lu24- Thanks for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear your washer will not drain/spin and suggest to reset the electronics. Unplug washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start. Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. The drain hose goes into a standpipe, drain or other household plumbing. Remove the drain hose and pour a quart of water into the standpipe or drain. If water will not drain, a plumber is recommended.
