“GTW460ASJ8WW Just got this washer, put in a set of king sheets and it kept getting out of balance. I had it on "large' load. When I stopped it, opened the lid and adjusted the sheets, the cycle seemed to restart from beginning.”

Hi funmamaw- The washer will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. Also, if the washer is running, press Start/Pause to pause the washer to balance the load or to add additional items. If you press and hold Start/Pause for 3 seconds the wash cycle will be cancelled. For reference, see pages 5, 8, and 15. Load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch! SUE@GEA
