Hi Cotton76- This is Sue at GE Appliances. We are sorry to hear of the issues with your washer and glad to offer assistance. Make sure the washer is still level. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. See the following link: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17817 - Also, unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. Stop the machine and redistribute the load if necessary. If the washer leaks, we suggest to view the following two troubleshooting links for tips: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17531 - http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17530 - If the above suggestions do not correct the situation, service may be needed. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment online: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service - We hope this is helpful. Thanks for checking with us!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are 4 rubber cables that hold the barrel so it dont go off balance but one of mine stretched and caused it to always spin off balance made a VERY loud noise. You can buy them online for about $8 each they recommend you change all 4. As for the leaking I am not sure about that one.
