• Hi Jane- GE® Compact Refrigerator GME04GGKBB is designed for free-standing installation only. Allow 2" air clearance on top and rear and 1/2" on each side. We suggest our GE® Compact Refrigerator GCE06GGHBB. Built-in or freestanding capability allows for flexible installation undercounter. Built-in capable, requires standard countertop height for under counter installation. Air clearances on the top, back, and sides are not required.
