QuestionWhat is the normal spin cycle time for white & colors? My machine is spinning for over 5 min on each of these cycles. It seems like the machine is "stuck" on the spin cycle I turn the machine off thinking that I might burn the motor out.

Questionhi after my first wash, when i set temp control to cold, cool, colors (anything but hot), only hot water is filling in washer when cycle starts and on rinse. is there way to reset washer so correct temp comes out when washing?

- Answer Hi there - thanks for reaching out! We are sorry that hot water is filling your washer when you are setting the temperature control to anything but hot. This sounds inconvenient and we can understand your frustration. To troubleshoot, you should make sure both hot and cold water supply valves are turned on and then check to ensure the hose connections were not reversed. (The hoses are marked with letters "H" for HOT and "C" for Cold.) Since it seems that only the hot water is working, it sounds like the cold water valve might be clogged. To fix this, turn off the water source and remove the water connection hoses from the upper back of the washer and the water faucets. Clean both the hose screens (if so equipped) and the screens in the machine using a brush or a toothpick. Then, reconnect the hoses and turn the water back on. QuestionHi Do you recommend using surge protector to this washer? If so, would Belkin surge protector with 4320 Joules, 1800 watts & clamping voltage of 400 be good enough? With on and off switch on surge, can leave it off when not in use to protect washer?

QuestionHi When I turn temperature knob to hot, it is still cold water filling in the washer. Is this normal? if not, how fo i fix so hot water fills washer? thank you for your help

- Answer Hey there, Thanks for reaching out. We're terribly sorry to hear that hot water is not being drawn when selected. We can understand being frustrated at this. If the water temperature is not correct, then try checking to make sure the water supply is turned on and properly connected. We also recommend checking your home water heater. - Answer Hi Brenda, I am not aware that this washer has a lint remover. The matching dryer does have a lint trap inside front. It lifts out for cleaning. Hope this helps!

QuestionDoes the drum in this washer fill all the way up with water.

- Answer Hi Recluse, The drum does not fill all the way up. But by selecting 'Max" it will fill way more than half, which is way more most other machines. I bought this washer specifically so that I could choose how much water to use. Most times the 'high' setting is plenty.

QuestionI purchased this machine in June of 2020 and it's less than a year later and the machine is making a very loud squeeking noise during the spin cycle. The load is even and I have it on delicate, extra spin cycle. Is this covered under the mftr warranty?
