Q: QuestionDoes anyone know the diameter of the feet on this washer? We use the rubber anti-vibration pads and need to know how wide the feet are and if they will fit inside the pads we want to get. Thanks in advance!

• A:Answer While we're happy to help, we do not have information to share regarding the lifting of the top of the washer. To clean the wash basket, we recommend using the Bulky cycle. In an empty tub, pour one cup or 250 ml of liquid bleach or another washing machine cleaner into the basket. Choose the Bulky cycle and press Start.
