Hi Sadie- We are excited to hear of your interest in our GE® GTW680BSJWS! Yes, you can customize your water-fill levels with just the touch of a button. Add a little extra or fill the tub to wash the way you want with Deep Fill option. Play Video: https://www.youtube.com/embed/CpfTCH8O-Ac?rel=0 - (GTW680BSJWS has an Infusor and not agitator as shown). Select the Deep Fill feature for loads where extra water is needed. Press the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add an incremental amount of water to the wash load. Holding the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds will provide the deepest fill level possible. The Deep Fill button can also be pressed after the washer has completed filling and is in the wash phase if additional water is desired. For reference, see page 12 of the Owner's Manual: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90577.pdf - Also, select Deep Rinse option to provide a deep rinse or when using fabric softener. Loads are thoroughly saturated with the recirculation pump that moves water and detergent through clothes for optimum cleaning. After the washer has filled, the recirculation pump continually moves this water and detergent through the wash load. Matching Dryer: GE® 7.4 cu. ft. Electric Dryer with HE Sensor Dry GTD65EBSJWS (Gas GTD65GBSJWS). Keep in touch. We are always glad to help make your shopping experience a little easier! SUEatGEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO. U will not get a washer filled with water like a normal washer...not happy with it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This machine has a "deep fill" feature. When starting the wash cycle press the deep fill button and the drum will fill more than the minimum water it would normally use for that cycle. Of course if you use the deep fill often that will increase your water usage. This machine was designed to use the water you need for a load without wasting water, it will also shut off after the machine has not been used or doors open after about 2 mins. to save energy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this has a sensor in it to determine the water.
