“I am looking at buying this model. My problem is that my cabinet above the washer is at 66" which is what the lid clearance is said to be. Does this have the soft close feature? Does that mean I could lift the lid to 75-80 degrees and it will stay open?”

Hi KrazyKatGirl - The height with lid up is 56".
