Hi Chawee - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your washer. We are sorry to hear of this drain issue. The unit will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. Make sure lid is closed. Safety feature prevents agitation and spinning when lid is up. For reference, see pages 5 and 25 of the Owner's Manual at this link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90586-1.pdf - Also, see page 7- Consumer Help Indicator- “H2O SUPPLY”. If the electronics need to be reset, unplug washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start (Page 25). A qualified service technician is required for an accurate diagnosis. To schedule service online, contact us at GEAppliances.com/service or call 1.800.GE.CARES (800.432.2737). We apologize for any inconvenience. Keep in touch! Sue
