“Please help my GE washer top loader model #GTW680BSJ5WS completely fills up with water then it immediately drains the water without agitating and reads "H2O SUPPLY". Water doesn't siphon & hose are raised to 40in. How can I calibrate or reset this washer?”

Hi Chawee - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your washer. We are sorry to hear of this drain issue. The unit will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. Make sure lid is closed. Safety feature prevents agitation and spinning when lid is up.
