A:AnswerHello Lucho - this is Nancy at GE. This washer has an Infusor Wash Mechanism. Top-load washers with an Infusor will not have a traditional agitator. The Infusor replaces the agitator, is not very high and has a wide base (wash plate) that works alone or with the wash basket to provide different types of wash action. With an Infusor, the clothes stay near the wash plate. The mechanical action of the Infusor moves the clothes through the water and against the sides of the tub and down around the Infusor. This wash system is softer and quieter during agitation. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
A:AnswerHello, This is Joyce from GE. We recommend using High Efficiency detergent in all of our Energy Star rated washers. Although this model doesn’t say HE on the control panel, HE detergent should be used, because it is formulated to work with low water washer and rinse systems. HE detergents reduce the over sudsing problems commonly associated with regular detergents. Thanks so much for checking with us. Have a good day!
A:AnswerHello,
This is is Joyce from GE. I will be happy to help. This washer doesn't offer a warm water rinse. We do offer some washers with this feature. (If you see a washer that has a "Colors" option and nothing indicating a cold rinse it will have a warm water rinse).
Note:
Some models will have a "Colors" temperature selection rather than "Warm." The "Colors" temperature is set for 75° water. Using a cooler temperature will help reduce fading, wrinkling, and wear.
Cooler water temperatures also provide improved energy efficiency. New laundry detergents have been formulated to work with cooler water temperatures without affecting the wash performance.
Thanks so much for checking with us. Have a good day!
A:AnswerHello, This is Lisa from GE. I am happy to help. Model GTWN7450 does not offer a load size option. This model offers Precise Fill, which allows the washer to determine the optimum water required to wash the items in the basket. To use this option properly, follow proper loading instructions and keep the lid closed during the wash cycle. Precise Fill senses the load during the water filling portion of the cycle to determine how much water is needed. I hoe this helps. Thanks for checking.
A:AnswerHi-this is Sue from GE. We are excited to hear of your interest! You can manually choose the Load Size on models GTWN5650FWS, GTWN4250DWS, GTWN2800DWW, GTWP1800DWW, and GTW180SSJWW. Thanks for checking with us!
