“I read your answer but do not see the "load size" knob on the GTWN7450 I simply do NOT see a setting or a knob wherein I can set the load size (which would allow more water to enter the machine). Can you please explain HOW I can set the load size, because your reply said that I could, but I do not see how I can do that manually. Thank you.”

Hello, This is Lisa from GE. I am happy to help. Model GTWN7450 does not offer a load size option. This model offers Precise Fill, which allows the washer to determine the optimum water required to wash the items in the basket. To use this option properly, follow proper loading instructions and keep the lid closed during the wash cycle. Precise Fill senses the load during the water filling portion of the cycle to determine how much water is needed. I hoe this helps. Thanks for checking.
