A:AnswerThis is my first oven with convection and air fry function. I was concerned that the fan didn't turn when I selected the air fry or convection functions. I read that electric ovens the fan comes on immediately, but gas will come on about 5 minutes into the baking. I checked it after about 6 minutes and it was turning. I baked cookies without incident however I assumed the fan spun the entire time, but never check it throughout the process. Didn't answer you question, however if the cycling you see happened in the first 5 minutes maybe it's because it takes time to warm to the point it would be steady.
A:AnswerNot sure, reason for my answer I replaced a GE Profile XL44 and took the racks out plus the bottom pan. The old racks do work, however there is no bump in it and the old rack is deeper and goes all the way to the back of the oven. The racks that come with this range leave about and inch gap from the wall. So if you can find one, you may be able to go to an appliance 'junk' yard and find something that will work.
A:AnswerObviously whoever stated that hasn't read the manual or even tried to change the setting.....
The oven temp can go as low as 170 and as high I've had mine as high as 550 and Air Fry is 300 and 500.
A:AnswerYes, drawer for storage only. The broiler is on the top of the oven so you put the rack up at v the top and broil in the oven. It also has a burner on bottom but the broiler works like that
A:AnswerThat would depend on the fitting size of your gas supply. We originally bought the Gas Supply Kit that Best Buy had. Our house is an older house and the Flex Hose did not fit. I checked at other stores and no one carried the size we originally had on our old stove. So, we had to use the older flex tubing. Ours was a smaller size.
A:AnswerI had my old range hauled away by Best Buy. I paid extra for that service - $59.99,
The service men were so nice - after they took out my old stove, they allowed my son a few minutes to mop the floor & clean the wall before installing my new stove. Of course, he worked like NASCAR pit crew & didn’t waste any time.
A:AnswerThere was no air fryer cooking items nor boiler pan included with the G.E.-5.0 Cu. ft. freestanding Gas Convection Range that we recently purchased.
A:AnswerThe paper manual that comes with it is really thin and basic. The full manual is only online as PDF file. Search at the GE site for the model number.
