“PGS930SELSS I have this gas range and have only used oven a couple of times. I have yet to hear any kind of sound when oven temp is reached. Is there a sound? Thank you.”

I have not heard any sound during the usage of my oven.

Hi Maple, We are finding that this unit does come with the ability to signal (beep) when the preheated temperature has been reached. If you would like more information on the preheating on wall ovens and ranges, take a look at this link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16973 - Also, if you take a look at pg. 13 of your Owner's Manual, you will see a section titled "Sound." That section should help you active the preheating beep if you have not been hearing it.
