HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREHEAT THE OVEN TO, SAY 400 ? null

I have this oven. To heat to 475 it takes 13 - 15 minutes. I think that is a long time. Wish it was quicker.

It will take about 15.5 minutes to preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
