“I had this installed on March 19th. I have not been able to remove the storage drawer. I cannot find the release stops and It won't pull all the way out. Model JS760SP4SS.”

Ours pulled out with no problem from day one. We had another issue that a short service call under warranty took care of right away.

The storage drawer for the JS760SPSS is designed to have a smooth glide and be removable, so we regret that you’ve had trouble doing so; we know that may have caused inconvenience. We have instructions on removing the storage drawer on pages 24 and 25 of the Use and Care manual; there are diagrams available, and differing instructions depending on the type of drawer and whether or not you have release tabs on your drawer (if you’re not seeing tabs your particular model may not have them, but there are still instructions that would help). You can view the manual by going to our GE website, looking up the model number, going to the product page and clicking the ‘Owner Support’ option; there will be a link to the manual.
