Is the stainless steel fingerprint resistant? null

I don't think it's bad about finger prints but look at how the surface around the knobs scratch. I'd look elsewhere if I could.

Somewhat but I am constantly wiping it down with damp cloth to remove spots or grease from the top stainless steel ledge where controls are.
