Hi pokedot21, We're sorry to hear about this happening, this does not sound like normal operation. You could attempt to disconnect power from your unit, waiting for a few minutes, and then restoring power. If this does not help matters, we would recommend take a look at your warranty on page 26 of your Owner's Manual to take advantage of it.
