“I'm getting a 350 error on the display when using a specific burner on top of the stove. It will turn on and off, flash 350 and then the clock resets to 12:00. Anyone else encounter this issue, if so how did you fix it? It's 6 months old.”

Hi pokedot21, We're sorry to hear about this happening, this does not sound like normal operation. You could attempt to disconnect power from your unit, waiting for a few minutes, and then restoring power. If this does not help matters, we would recommend take a look at your warranty on page 26 of your Owner's Manual to take advantage of it.
