No it’s not. It vents out the back. There’s an attachment between the back of the stove and the wall that is a few inches wide that vents upward.

Most range or cooktop models do not require a ventilation system or have a CFM requirement; however, we recommend checking the local residential codes in your area to see if one is required. FIT GUARANTEE Replace your old 30” free-standing range with a new 30" slide-in model. GE slide-in ranges are guaranteed for an exact fit or GE Appliances will pay up to $300 toward modifications. See offer criteria and details: https://www.geappliances.com/assets/downloads/slide_in_ge_rebate.pdf - See Quick Specs for dimensions: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=JGSS66EEL_SL_R2_17.pdf - Thanks for considering GE!
