Questionjust received today and tried to make a frozen blended drink like a Frappuccino. Blender would only run for about 10 seconds. When it did finally come back on, the motor would run but the contents in the pitcher would not move at all to blend it more.

QuestionWill this crush ice for drinks without making snow for snow cones. I had an Oster that did but put a hole in itself twice, so is this durable if all you use it for is to crush ice once a day

- Answer Hi! Thanks for taking the time to ask. This unit actually has a Crushed Ice mode that you can turn on and off. With the knob set to any speed position, you can hold the "On/Off" button down for 3 seconds to initiate an ice crushing mode. Do note that this is a set speed not influenced by the speed the knob was set to when holding the start button. Hope this is helpful for you! Cheers. -Michael@GEA

QuestionDo you have an option to buy this with a glass jar? Or can you buy a glass jar replacement separately? I have the 2007 model 169169 & the only reason I need a replacement is because I am unable to get a new o-ring.
