QuestionI need to replace my GEprofile JVM1795DK1CC because the top broke. It has a warming drawer. Can one of the ovens be used as a warming drawer?

- Answer Hi - The top oven has a keep warm setting. I'm not sure that would be the same as a warming drawer. The user guide says "Warm mode is designed to keep hot food hot, it is not intended to heat cold food.". I hope this helps.

Questionhow do you set the clock. When I plugged mine in all it does is the time blinks. I pushed the 9 and 0 and held for 3 seconds but nothing changes. Just had it delivered yesterday. 1-13-21 Thanks Ken

- Answer Hi kenh - Thanks for reaching out to us! We truly appreciate you choosing this double oven range for your home and are sorry to hear of the trouble you are having in setting your clock. We are happy to help you with this! Page 11 of your Owner's Manual instructs you to Press the Set Clock pad or the 9 and 0 pad simultaneously and hold for three seconds. You will then use the number pads to set the time, and then press the Start pad to save the time. If you follow these steps and the time does not show in the display, we would recommend that you review the troubleshooting guide on pages 25-27 of your manual for additional tips. QuestionDo you have to use special pots and pans on this cooktop?

- Answer While this cooktop doesn't require special pots and pans, the pans you use must be flat on the bottom. You can use aluminum, enamel on cast iron (if bottom is also enameled) and copper bottom pans. Copper bottom pans may leave a residue that looks like scratches that can be removed. We do not recommend enamel on steel, glass ceramic, or stoneware as you will experience poor performance. Cast iron is not recommended unless made specifically for glass cooking surfaces as they are slow to heat up and will scratch the glass surface.
