• A:Answer Hello - Thanks for your question; we are happy to help! In the event of a power failure, the surface burners may be lit with a match. Using extreme caution, hold a lit match near the ports beneath the surface burner cap, then slowly turn the knob to the LITE position. Once lit, surface burners will continue to operate normally. In the event of a power failure, the ovens are inoperable and no attempt should be made to operate them. Thanks for checking. Olga@GEA

• A:Answer The center is oval, this model doesn't have an airfryer built in, just a convection in the bottom. Air fryer ovens are definitely gonna up the price a bit. I forgot whether it came with the pan since I already have several of them over the years that came with other range units.

A Self Cleaning cycle, while it does get very hot inside, should not cause damage to the inside of your oven.
