- Answer It is probably as close as you can get in a new appliance. There is a dial you turn to set your drying time and a button to start.

Question1. it looks like the door opens OUTWARD in t he picture? 2. no picture of the back of the dryer. Is it a flat back? I have only 30" from the back wall to the sliding doors. Your F-B dim. is 291/2" deep. The dryer will back up to the 1-1/2 plug-in.

- Answer Hey slim, we'll be happy to help. Yes, the door on this dryer swings open and the depth of the dryer with the door open is 52". Also, the back of the dryer is not flat. This is illustrated on page 2 of the installation instructions here: https://files.bbystatic.com/%2FauF%2FWooQDyZxRx%2F6b6gsw%3D%3D/Installation%2BInstructions%2BGTD33EASKWW.pdf - With that being said, this unit requires 1" of clearance in the rear so it will not fit in your space. QuestionDoes this dryer operate on 120volt power with a regular sized plug in? If so what are the dimensions, i dont have 220volt plug in.

QuestionWhat are my options when the dryer stops heating after 15 months and the repair guy says it cannot be fixed. Dryers should last longer.

- Answer Do not count on you local stores employees for help if in Monroe Louisiana... I have almost same issue after 7 months and i also bought a protection plan, no one will show up with parts to resolve. .

- Answer No, the price is just for each. The whole thing washer and dryer and vent hose and 220 electrical cord, water supply hoses and set up and delivery is about $960.00 that includes everything you need for a working washer and dryer if you are doing a replacement.

- Answer Hi Boonies- If the dryer is vented to side or bottom, you must close the back opening with cover plate WE49X22606. Failure to do so may result in fire, electrical shock or lacerations. We cannot recommend any other covering. - Answer Google how to turn off buzzer on Ge dryer there are also you tube videos on how to turn it off. I turned mine off it was pretty easy that buzzer is awful

- Answer Go to you tube, you have to electronically detach wires and reattach, IT IS BEST TO WATCH THE VIDEO BECAUSE IT will walk you through it. That’s the safest advice I have.

QuestionOur GE dryer buzzes several times near the end of the cycle. Is there a way to cause it to buzz only once when the cycle ends?

- Answer I have found that it depends on the type of cycle you are running that determines the buzzers. I can't remember which does what, but I 'm pretty sure I get one long buzzer on the cottons setting, and I typically use "more dry". I wish there was a way to turn it off and on.
