A:AnswerThe machine itself is plastic and stainless. The Thermal carafe is also stainless. The baseplate is black plastic, and has NO warming element to rust. The coffee (tea?) stays hot inside the insulated thermal carafe.
A:AnswerIf you’re asking that question, this is not the coffee maker for you. The bold setting does make great coffee and you don’t have to use as much
A:AnswerTypical, evasive answer from GE. You can bet its made in China. I came to the brand hoping to find one of their coffee machines that is either made or assembled in the USA, but it looks like no-luck.
A:AnswerVery odd that they cannot answer. “Confidential”? Seriously? This is GE, not some shady no-name brand. How come other brands don’t have a problem answering this? What is so confidential about it? Oh, probably the fact that there is actually BPA in it.
