“Is this pump working right or faulty? Every 20-30 minutes the pump makes an extremely loud grunting type noise fir about 60-90 seconds. Loud enough that it will wake me up at night 3 rooms away. It was installed a week ago and has done it the whole time.”

Hey there, we're sorry to hear about the loud noise you're experiencing. We're sure this gets annoying and we're happy to help. Our refrigerators actually don't have a pump. Is your water line hooked up to your refrigerator? If not, we suggest turning off the ice maker to see if the noise stops.
