• A:Answer Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. Your original Advantium is a 240 volt unit which we no longer offer. Our current Advantium PSA9120SPSS is a 120 volt product. While it will fit in the same space as your existing model, the voltage is not compatible. Any of our over-the-range style microwaves will fit in the same space. Q: QuestionWe have a 2013 GE PROFILE ADVANTIUM Model #PSA1201RSS01 over range microwave/convection oven in our fifth wheel. Is this model still available? If not, what model do you suggest using as a replacement? How many watts on this particular model?

• A:Answer Hello- Thank you for reaching out to us with your questions the model you referenced PSA1201RSS01 is no longer available. However the model PSA9120SPSS is available and is pretty close to the one you had. The watts is 925 for both. There is only a slight difference in size. PSA1201RSS01- 16 7/16 H x 29 15/16 W x 15 3/8 D. PSA9120SPSS- 16 1/4 H x 29 7/8 W x 15 1/2 D. We hope this helps. If you need anything else please let us know. All the best! Dianna@GEA

Q: QuestionWhen using as a microwave at the end of the timed cycle does the turntable rotate back to the original position ? Handy when doing coffee or tea. The turntable will rotate back to original position.

Q: QuestionI just purchased a GE Profile Advantium 120 for over the range. My old oven vented through the metal vent pipe through the kitchen cabinet to the roof. This new oven appears to vent through vent holes in top of oven. Is it venting in both places?

Q: QuestionI have an Advantium model #PSA9120SF5SS. The handle has broken completely off at the bottom. My attempts to glue it as a temporary fix have been unsuccessful. Is this something that can be repaired? Will the whole door need to be replaced?

Q: QuestionDoes the clock stay lite at all times. This is going in a motorhome and will be the primary clock in the area so needs to be on all the time.

• A:Answer Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us. To meet Department of Energy requirements, the clock will not stay on all the time. After setting the clock, the time will remain on the display for 30 seconds before turning off. The time is also displayed while the door is open and for 30 seconds after the door closes. Q: QuestionI have a Bosch oven and microwave installed in a kitchen wall. The Microwave has died and I don’t want to buy another Bosch product. Will I be able to buy a different brand with a trim package that will fit in my current space?

Q: QuestionWe have the 2016 advantium model # PSA9120SF3SS. It’s VENTED TO THE OUTSIDE. Will at ANY TIME air flow out of those vents on the top of this microwave? Our does- drips moisture a grease. Is this normal? Makes a mess of cabinets it sits under.
