The appropriate trim kit for this model is JX7227DLWW or JX7230DLWW (Depending on the size of the cavity). We do not recommend reusing the same trim kit for the replacement. This microwave is designed to be placed on your countertop or installed in a built-in installation using the appropriate optional kit designed for that purpose. The built-in kit and the proper cutout opening in your cabinet allows the microwave to vent the heat it generates during operation (as well as when sitting idle) back into the room. There is not a hanging kit compatible with this unit and thus we would not recommend attempting to install it in this manner. When measuring the unit, you would need to make sure that the ruler is touching the countertop and going up from that point to account for the bottom/feet and overall height. When purchasing a new built-in microwave, we highly suggest getting the trim kit manufactured specifically for this model.
