A:AnswerI recently replaced a GE Microwave that was installed in 2004 when the house was built.
I am not sure of the model #. When I needed to replace it I got a GE PEB7227DLW.
It was for a built in and I bought the matching surround kit. While its similar to the old
surround there were enough things different that I was happy to get the new surround kit.

A:AnswerHi there! We appreciate your interest in a new microwave. The JES2051DNWW model is actually still being manufactured, and is available to buy online! If you wanted to update to a newer model, the dimensions of the former unit are 23-7/8 W x 13-5/8 H x 19-1/4 D - anything matching those dimensions should be a great fit for you! We hope this helps. -Sarah@GEA
A:AnswerHi - We appreciate your interest in a new GE microwave. The GE PEB7227ANDD model is designed for built-in application. The microwave itself is gray. You would also purchase the appropriate built-in kit in the color finish you desire. The gray color of the microwave is designed to match the control panel and door on our newer model wall ovens. When you pair this microwave with the slate built-in kit, you now have a beautiful match to the wall oven below. The gray and slate colors are two different color finishes. We hope this helps.
