- Answer Screw GE - they will always answer that the trim kit is model specific and you have to buy their new kit. Buy a new trim kit off of ebay for just a little over $100. It is ridiculous that the older trim kits do not fit the new ones. That is why our landfills are full.

- Answer I don’t work for BestBuy , but depend on the size of ur micro and the hole where u going to put it inside , I used the same I had before but I need it tho open new holes cuz the microwave legs where different length , the old one the legs where far back and in this one is very close to the front ! But for sure someone can help u at Custumer service actually I was helped by someone

- Answer The closest comparable replacement models we offer are the PEB7227ANDD and the PCWK22U1WDD. The design of these microwaves require a new built-in kit (JX7230SLSS) as well, as your existing kit is not compatible. - Vikki@GEAppliances

- Answer The trim kit is not included with the microwave. The compatible trim kit options for this unit are: JX7227DLWW (White); JX7230DLWW (White). These trim kits can be found on Bestbuy.com by searching the part number. -Don@GEAppliances

- Answer The most comparable replacement models we offer are the PEM31SFSS and the PCHK11S1WSS. If your existing microwave is built-in, you will also need the new built-in kit approved for use with the microwaves. We encourage you to check the size of the opening you have available to ensure proper installation. If your microwave is suspended from the underside of your cabinet, you will need the optional JXA019K kit. -Vikki@GEAppliances
