QuestionHow far open does the right door need to open to remove drawers/bins? We have a wall on the right side of the refrigerator and from other Q&A understand the door needs to open more that 90 degrees ... but how more than 90 degrees is required?

- Answer I also have a wall on one side with a closet. If the refrigerator is away from the back wall the required 2", the door will open as far as it can, clears the refrigerator end panel and the wall, and the bins can be removed without any issues. I also have an inch and half of space next to the wall and hugged the refrigerator end panel/counter on the other side. I believe you will need a full 135 degrees to get bins/drawer removed. They will pull out to access everything in the back of the drawers at 90 degrees. If you have a wall along side, plan on another 15 1/2" of space to fully open the door. A friend has this same refrigerator and wishes she had a small counter on the wall side as it does not open fully, and the window moulding is getting scratched from the fridge. My second picture shows the inside opened up, the 3rd & 4th show how far the door can open and not hit my closet door or the wall. You can see the light from inside the fridge along the door edge.

QuestionWe just got this refrigerator and have put a temperature gauge in it to make sure it's getting to the temp we want, and it stays mostly between 45 and 50, while the setting is at 37. What can we do to get the temp down?

- Answer Was everything cold when it went in the fridge? It may take a day or two before it finally gets to the correct temperature. Try not to open the doors for a few hours and see if the temp goes down. If not, you will have to make an appointment for a service call. Mine got to 37 degrees in 2 days' time. My food was stored in my basement fridge so I could empty the old one before this one came. Even though I tried to be efficient putting the food into the new fridge, the food still warmed up a bit and having the doors open didn't help.

- Answer Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. To set the refrigerator and freezer temperatures, press the Fridge and/or Freezer pad repeatedly until your desired temperature is displayed. If you inadvertently set it higher than you prefer, pressing the pad repeatedly will cycle the available temperature settings back around for you. We hope this helps. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA

- Answer Hi, We'll be happy to answer your question! The normal temperature range should be between 34 and 42 degrees Fahrenheit in the fresh food section. It should be between -5 and +8 degrees Fahrenheit in the freezer section of a self-defrosting model or 5 to 7 degrees Fahrenheit in the freezer section of a manual defrost model. - Answer There is an external that shows both freezer and refrigerator inside temperatures but no alarm to apprise you of changing temperatures.

QuestionWhile the WiFi connectivity, with adapter, can be achieved, this refrigerator cannot use SmartHQ Application. Then, what is a purpose of having the WiFi connectivity? Is there any other application customers are not aware of?

QuestionIs the bottom shelf of the right door removable? If so, would I be able to remove the bottom full width drawer with the right door open 90 degrees (as the non-dispenser side of the fridge would be about 2" from a wall)? Same ? for right 1/2 width drawer.
