Mine did NOT! We didn't notice until install. Best Buy covered it since it was not stated on the website or ordering process. Management is aware hopefully and their website should state it soon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you watch a GE product video, their interpretation of the 3rd rack inclusion differs from Best Buy's. The third rack is only available on certain models. It's included on the model I bought -- PDT775SYNF. See link which follows -- https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17656 I just got my PDT775SYNF model dishwasher installed from Best Buy and got the total runaround when I explained that my dishwasher was delivered without the 3rd rack. Per Best Buy, the 3rd rack is the silverware basket that sits inside the bottom rack. I've given up on talking to Best Buy; will be going to GE to get the 3rd rack that I thought would be coming with the dishwasher I purchased.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it does not. It was a big disappointment. Not the first time Best Buy’s description on an item was misleading. It is a nice dishwasher though. It does have zone wash even though it doesn’t state it in the description.
