Please try again later.If you were told when you purchased the dishwasher that you needed to buy the "wifi module" for it to be wifi enabled, you probably need that part for it to be wifi enabled. We purchased this model in 2022, which comes as a SMART-enabled appliance. You could pose your question to the manufacturer, and based on the GE Model number and serial number, they should be able to tell you, and if you need to purchase a WIFI module, they can tell you the correct part number. I did not search online to confirm if this model is wifi enabled or just wifi capable if you purchase and install the appropriate wifi module. It may have been an optional feature in 2018-2019. Does the control panel indicate your dishwasher is wifi enabled? Have you tried setting that up with the wifi in your home? Was the app able to find the appliance during the setup process?
