QuestionWhat kind of warranty comes with this refridgerator?

- Answer The manufacturer's warranty is 1-year limited parts and labor (not including water filter). The filter is covered for 30 days and our Profile models like this one offer a 5-year limited sealed refrigerating system warranty. The sealed refrigerating system includes the compressor, condenser, evaporator and connecting tubing. All these warranties apply to issues that arise due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. You can view the full written warranty statement on Page 42 of the manual by clicking on the Features tab, scroll to the bottom of the list and download the Owner's Manual.

QuestionMy refrigerator still has plastic film in all of the crevices of the appliance that is next to impossible to get off. It’s as if GE wrapped it in plastic and then put the refrigerator together afterwards! Any idea how to get this off?

- Answer Try wrapping cellophane tape sticky side out around your fingers. Then dab at the pieces of protective film to remove.

- Answer No, the reminder can't be manually reset. The RFID will automatically reset the Replace Water Filter reminder when a new RFID filter is installed.

- Answer You can choose not to connect your new refrigerator to your WiFi and it will work beautifully. The WiFi is essentially disabled until you connect the unit.

- Answer Most refrigerator models manufactured since 2001 have a NeverClean™ Condenser that does not require cleaning. The NeverClean condenser coils are in a location that does not require them to be cleaned.

- Answer Hi - We so appreciate your interest in our beautiful Profile refrigerator. The case depth not including the doors is 29". The height of the refrigerator to the top of the case is 68 5/8". The height to the top of the hinge cover is 69 3/4" and the height to the top (crown) of the doors is 70". Questionmy freezer isnt working everything in it thawed out and ice making isnt working ether.No frost no nothing and this is only 8 months old.and they say it will take two weeks for any one to come check it out
