Hi Kathy- We are sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience. We suggest to press the Self-clean pad and then Cancel/Off. Also, reset the electronics by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. Use the Oven Light switch on the control panel to turn the oven light on/off.
